Thank you for thinking about joining us for the second annual “Stampede Over Stigma." Your participation in this worthwhile event allows friends, family, colleagues and neighbors to team up, run, bike, or walk and raise much needed awareness about mental illness and the stigmas that surround it. We are committed to creating an event that, because of its public nature, will encourage our community to talk openly about mental health stigma.
The relay starts at Magnuson Park, located at 7400 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115. The race begins at 1:00 PM.
Direction:: PLEASE ENTER THE PARK THROUGH THE 65th STREET ENTRANCE, AND FOLLOW THE ROAD UNTIL IT DEAD ENDS. PARKING AVAILABLE.
Bib pick-up times are from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.
Yes. Day of race registration begins at 11:30 AM and lasts until 12:45 PM. Registration fee is $30 day of race.
Reach out to friends, family, co-workers or neighbors to be on your team. Perhaps you know of an avid marathoner or competitive bicyclist? Ask them to join your team!
Money goes to the mental health organization Circle of Friends for Mental Health. We accept donations of the following supplies and donations will be used towards: Paints, brushes, sketchbooks, white and black paper, oil pastels, scissors, paper plates, and digital cameras.
